Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Seekann, you accept these Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
Seekann is a SaaS platform that helps you find a job: CV optimisation, cover-letter generation, interview simulator, application tracker, salary insights and job search.
3. Plans & billing
Free plan: monthly limits (5 CVs / 5 cover letters / 5 applications / 1 salary lookup). Pro plan: €9.99/month billed via Stripe, unlimited, cancellable at any time from the subscription management portal. No refunds on the current month.
4. Intellectual property
You remain the owner of the content you upload (CVs, letters). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content via our tools. The Seekann brand and source code remain our exclusive property.
5. User behaviour
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal activities; (b) attempt to bypass Free-plan limits; (c) resell or redistribute generated CVs/letters; (d) attempt to access third-party accounts.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these Terms with reasonable notice, except in serious cases (fraud, abuse).
7. Limitation of liability
Seekann is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will obtain a job nor the absolute quality of generated CVs/letters. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount paid during the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, in the absence of amicable resolution.
